Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to talk about a very interesting movie that I saw on my September vacation. This is the film "The Wind That Shakes The Barley," a film directed by Ken Loach and is based on the Irish Civil War and the Irish War of Independence.

What I liked the most about the film is that it deals with very interesting topics, such as the reasons for a war and the social and personal conflicts it generates. What I did not like about the movie is that it is very long and there were scenes a little boring.

My favorite character is Sinead, because it represents the strength of women and the importance of women in every society, a voice without fear and a force without detention.

My favorite scene is when they show the violence of the Irish police, because they show the excessive use of force and the abuses they committed. I like that scene because it is a way of denouncing bad practices, the same ones that are still being committed in different parts of the world by those who believe they have the power to do so.

The film is very explicit, the scenes are really representative and that's good because it shows reality, but it may not be suitable for people who are too sensitive.
